Available Architectural Services
I can provide the following services to meet the following RIBA Work Stages:
- Concept Design — Stage C
2D Sketches, CAD drawings and visuals to assist in the development of the design concept.
- Design Development — Stage D
2D CAD drawings, visuals and 3D digital models to assist in the development of the design.
- Technical Design — Stage E
2D CAD drawing packages and construction specifications to coordinate elements of the project and production of information to comply with statutory standards and construction safety.
- Production Information — Stage F
Fully detailed 2D CAD drawing packages for construction and acquiring statuary approvals and the review and co-ordination of information provided by specialists.
- Construction to Practical Completion — Stage K
Provision of further 2D CAD drawings & construction details to assist the contractor when reasonably required.
Any of the above services can be taken as individual elements or combined to form complete packages to cover a project from conception through to final completion.
